Designed by Mr. Dean Nieuwoudt. The Rapid Deployment Utility Knife - RDUK - was designed for rescue, utility and back-up. It is in use by unit members of paramedics, police search & rescue in South Africa. Designed to be carried and used by members in rural, urban & aquatic environments - it is an excellent all-rounder edged tool. Material: 4mm N690 (58/59HRC). Edges: Symmetrical hollow grind, chisel edge grind. Finish: Bead blasted. Blade length: 85mm. Overall length: 189mm. Ring inner diameter: 28mm
